little clues everywhere - dig in and you find the pointers ( thanks JL )

IHL-42X dronabinol / acetazolamide .....see that paragraph below we've read before ..."cardiovascular complications'

well...we know that FDA approved stand alone medication dronabinol has potential treatment application in OSA as per
    Post #: 59067918

Acetazolamide as a stand alone approved FDA medication has also been discussed at length in the thread...

Consider this further as the results of the intended drug combination IHL-42X draws closer....
( by the way - these are not simply research gate / google scholar posts as another poster tried to imply earlier in the thread ....the implication being that long bows were being drawn..... ala confirmation bias or some such rubbish - these posts are backed in trial outcomes that posters should maybe take the time to look up for themselves to satisfy themselves what is posted is not some nonsense......happy to hear other views based on undepinning facts that are referenced - a contrary view in fact is always welcomed )

    so yeah - consider this:

read this trial outcome publication and

Acetazolamide has also been routinely used in altitude medicine [11] to prevent and treat fluid retention and pulmonary edema by increasing diuresis, improving oxygenation and decreasing periodic breathing patterns [12]. Patients with central sleep apnea (CSA) have demonstrated better control of the apnea–hypopnea index (AHI) when treated with acetazolamide; however, its application in heart failure patients with sleep disorders has not yet been implemented as common practice due to concerns of urinary potassium wasting and the resulting potential arrhythmias [13]. As central sleep disorder is a relatively common comorbidity in heart failure patients, with a reported rate of up to 30–50% in heart failure patients experiencing reduced left ventricular ejection fraction, acetazolamide could be an additional therapeutic option that would not only help with the volume aspect of heart failure but also the improvement of respiratory indices.

'as central sleep disorder is comorbidity in heart failure patients........acetazolamide could be an additional therapeutic option that would not only help with the volume aspect of heart failure but also the improvement of respiratory indices'
wow! worth the reread to understand the potential 'novel and inventive' IHL-42X .......

a simple reference to cardiovascular complications combined with the potential treatment profile / data about to be released to the market will have multiple treatment commercial collateral .......yes imo......backed by every piece of trial information I can reference

my strongest possible suggestion for those invested here is read this - speculators can please themselves.

Dronabinol / Acetezolamide - IHL-42X .....potentially another multi treatment medication if all goes to plan - rewriting the standard of care where one may even not exist in this un met market worth how much?

    stunning stuff biggrin.png
