Agree Mickey, the big unknown to the huge upside for this drug is how many people will use it that simply would not use a CPAP machine?
Then of those, how many will take it for as long as their blood pressure tablets for eg. ie every day for the rest of their lives.
Then how many ditch the CPAP or never even try it, and go straight to our drug?
I don’t have the answers but simple logic tells you the numbers could be staggering.

That in my mind is where Mickeys numbers are
extremely conservative. As Mickey and others have said, it’s just one of many company changing drugs.
