patent description claims priority over previous provisional patent filing 2021903210.....this one not the 216A originals -



as I'm sure you have seen this is separate from the TBI 216a patent filings and product development
as such on this new filing

it claims priority over previous provisional patent in 'CBD' and water emulsion TBI treatment regime...not the 216A work or global patent filings

on initial reading my gut says this is additional TBI patent treatment regime and compound filing due to perhaps ongoing work with CBD derivatives ....cbg...cbda etc in the lab ( with other synergystic combinants as you guys have already mentioned) and maintaining priority in the space globally of 'CBD' treatment development

very pleased to see this pop up as I have been concerned that the space globally is gaining wider attention and moving quickly and i'm sure large pharmaceutical interest from the big boys indicating funding and collaboration agreements between early stage drug development companies and BP will be gaining more and more focus .....
