It looks like generic algorithmic driven garbage advice that derives its data input based on technical factors alone, with no considerations to total addressable market, successful trials, or even drug candidates in the pipeline. I tend to shy away from websites like this, if you look up IHL you'll see there's very little institutional analysis on the stock, mainly just the Edison's research - which is common for penny stocks which don't get much of the limelight as compared to blue chips.

With that being said, I could almost guarantee that walletinvestor's analysis is purely algorithmic with no human input. If walletinvestor had one person do 1 hour of analysis for every penny stock on the market they would simply run out of money, the only way websites like this can make money is with algo's doing all their suggestion, same can be said for simplywallst and co.
