It's a patent that was the result (it seems) of the Inhaler Development work done at Vectura. (IHL-216A - TBI & Concussion) Obviously, a scientific significant development warrants this patent filing. We tracked down one of the inventors as a Director of Vectura.
The manufacturing stage of the inhaler has now been moved on to Curia for its next stage. https://stocknessmonster.com/announcements/ihl.asx-3A598294/ @malkazoid mentioned the success of the "Green Whistle" in emergencies and generally, I think we agreed Incannex's (IHL-216A) inhaler device could one day be just as successful for concussion incidents.

The next patent filing that I am keeping an eye out for is the PSI-GAD Filing. Although, if we have success during the remainder of the PSI-GAD Trial Phases and reach FDA Approval one day, IHL will get some marketing exclusivity from the FDA for 5-plus years to treat GAD with Psilocybin, regardless of the patent filing outcome. But it will be an interesting read when it is released.
