Good question, the completion of the two trials are anticipated by the end of the year, so whether the completion of the UWA trial becomes available within the Q4, in time to be released by end of December is a bit speculative.

I would hope that on completion of the trials, the results would be released expeditiously to the market as soon as they are known.
As you would expect per the ASX disclosure rules.

I would think the Alfred Trial results are complete already and are just awaiting the UWA trial completion before they can be both announced.

The CEO was adamant that the Alfred results would not be released until the UWA trial was completed for integrity purposes.

Some of the Alfred results have been used to support the Patent Filing for OSA.
The second trial in WA was added because the FDA required multi-site data for any future submission.

So go figure!
1. We open a new trial at UWA on a whim that the Alfred trial may be successful ??
2. That we submit data from the Alfred Trial to support a Patent Filing?

Gotta be successful results right?

I agree with your thoughts.

And in particular, while trying to remain objective, I can't help but interpret this sentence from the announcement released 22/07/21 as anything other than a wink and a nudge.

"An interim analysis of the data from IHL’s ongoing phase 2b double blind randomised placebo-controlled
clinical trial was performed and these results have been included in the patent application to support the
claims. "

Official release of results is almost a formality imo.
