    Incannex is still an Australian company and so is the subsidiary, Clarion. The only change is the parent company is listed here in the US. Importantly the R&D rebate can continue to be claimed as an Australian company.

    I hope there are more Aussie investors like you who are sensible, pragmatic and focused on fundamentals.
