Great post mate. I fully agree with what you are saying about the OSA market size. That is, it’s is only calculated based on CPAP treatment with low compliance.
If there is a genuine treatment with a soft gel cap, I thing the TAM is far greater than any of the current figures suggest.
Not only does 42x reduce OSA, the dronabinol helps you fall asleep so the chances of punters using it, liking it and telling others is much greater.
I don’t imagine many blokes go to the pub and say “boys you have to get one of these CPAPs down your gob at night, they are unreal” But they might well say, “I have this tablet your doctor can prescribe you and I sleep well and wake up fresher, worth a chat with your Dr”
Looking fwd to the run into Xmas and what we can achieve in the next 12-18 month.
