As a follower of IHL, you have probably had a good read of this thread and know as much as the rest of us.
The only word in your post that I would give caution to is "imminent" it's very subjective, it could mean a few quarters from now if your investment horizon is long-term or a few days, weeks, or months if you have a shorter view.
