Yes they are in the money @ 4 cents so buying them @ 2.8 now if you convert into shares the total cost is 6.8 cents so worth buying if you think the share price of ihl will go north of that number as it allows you to buy more, but dont forget to either sell them or convert them before the end date or they expire worthless.
