I sincerely am HOPING that a regulator / politician / superman or someone steps in and FREEZES proceedings so that a forensic investigation is initiated before anything else completes.

I also am grossly disappointed HNC have remained silent all this time when they could have done a deal with shareholders for an alternate DOCA for say a 70 / 30 split and paid off GT / YA to get them out of the picture ... win win for both and creditors would have received their cash as well.

Why havent HNC offered such alternate ???

If we vote NO CMR will be liquidated and shareholders will get NOTHING and probably HNC or all 3 might buy the bits and start again even more cheaply, maybe on a foreign SX.

If we vote YES, then we end up with 5% at "nominal" 2.5 cps and soon thereafter might be compulsorily acquired / diluted into zilch per consolidation and subsequent private placements.

IFF eg HNC had agreed to pay out the other 2 for 70% with our support / vote, then we could still have aspired to a 2 bill market cap further down the track and at least a coupla bucks a share still in ultimate sight.

EVERYONE inc GOVERNMENT, REGULATORS, ALIENS etc etc seems to be AGAINST SHAREHOLDERS RECEIVNG ANY FAIR VALUE here and now ...... we have no firends except couple of vigilantes in the media, and caught between the frying pan and the fire. WHY ??????

The Oz authorities MUST be made to see the current status and possible permutations out of this and hopefully DO THE RIGHT THING BY OZ and step in and freeze and investigate and force the issue for a better deal for shareholders. Anyone got mates in the ATO???
