    Correct. IIF just does Industrial and is not in the Office market (other that some Business Parks in Industrial Estates).

    Either way, the bottom is not going to fall out of either market in Australia and most of IIF's tenants will stay in business preserving occupancy rates.

    Slow down yes, collapse no.
