Ultimately it IS up to the market .. we may even see some stocks being over or under valued from time to time, followed by some sort of correction based on either supporting fundamentals or perhaps market sentiment.

We regularly see the DOW being overbought/oversold, followed by some sort of market correction, weather it be to the up or downside.

III was sold off viciously as were so many other small caps during the GFC .. however III has progressed with its main focus being on Mt. Carbine & I do expect to see a continuation of SP movement with pressure skewed to the upside, perhaps a market re-rating as the company transitions from explorer to producer status.

You will find that the last estimate provided by JB was @ ~33c which was more than conservative imho. there is nothing I dislike more than having to read forum post with guesses from other members & I try to avoid guessing games myself.

However please DYOR on JB, The MD has been successful thus far and is a well respected professional within the mining industry and more than qualified to give valuations.
