let's hope it is a value adding acquisiton. Agree that it will not be listed as it would have to have been stated in the announcement - let's hope that it is a high quality private business paid for on a low multiple. Once those earnings (assuming the aquisition has them!)are integrated, AMM sharheolders get the multiple uplift. AMM is a very well managed company in my humble opionion and one cannot think they would pay top of the cycle earnings given where we are in the cycle. Good to see them having a crack in any event!
