Until the NBN provides its pricing for commercial usage of the NBN everything remains an illusion.
IF the NBN follows government's policy drift towards directly selling to consumers - rather than to ISPs, then ISP's commercial advantage towards only using NBN services becomes doubtful.
IF NBN directly sells to consumers - becomes just another competitor, commercial necessity requires competing wholesale suppliers.
