    telstra ruling - affect on iin - please comment does anyone think the accc not giving in to tls on wholesale pricing is positive for iin or otl. its looks bad for tls so does that mean it is good for the resellers. someone with more knowledge please comment as i am looking at buying both companies due to price weakness
