re: market likes accc ruling Worth checking the industry in UK where broadband is under control. We appear to be in 'cowboy' country still. Telstra always does this when a new price regime comes in and they always get knocked back by ACCC. They hope to get some customers on the cheap. Perhaps somebody should slap a damages charge on them. I see Big Pond is employing some 'has beens' to try and get some efficiency in their business. As one is a discard from one of iiNets takeovers I wouldn't think he has much to offer. The other is a public servant! hardly reassuring.
