rmitchell - great customer service. You have got to be joking. IINet's used to be good. It is nothing short of absymal ATM. Our business tried to get a telephone line fixed yesterday - a guy called Robert who works in customer service there, had absolutely no idea and they were too busy to even attempt to give some useful info to sort it out. We waited 30mins plus to get someone to answer the telephone and the IIN stuff were just intent on clearing the calls, not resolving the issues IMO.
Even the ann. by IIN yesterday indicated that they have serious issues with customer service.
