Ive dealt with both iinet and tpg a lot over the past few years and am confused. Are you sure you mean IINET? Do you mean the TPG customer service? because I could agree with that being horrible, but the IINET customer service is fantastic given it is a large ISP. There is no wait time... you leave your number and they call you back. I wish all companies did this.

I must have fantastic luck because I will get onto an Australian person who is very helpful and if they dont have the answers will readily pass me on to higher level tech who knows their stuff.

Might be a geography thing though. im in canberra.

As i said though i loathe talking to the tpg guys.
