Not my experience at all. 5 years with iinet for internet and mobile. There's often some complexity to the issues, like degraded copper wires...) and I'd rather talk to iinet about it rather than Optus or Commander (first hand experience). I've mostly dealt with local people, although a few overseas. I'd suggest the SP fall is based on more meaty stuff that customer phone call experience. Haven't 10y bond yeilds been increasing? Whatever the case, they're solid companies and the SP will reflect this in due course I expect.
