I didnt actually state my internet issues as my purpose was not to go on about my own petty complaints. This is not only about the call centres and you fail to accept a vital point IINET is a service! This is what they do provide a service only. They do nothing else if the service stinks Iinet stinks.

I know Telstras copper has to have some blame here. This does not excuse IINET from fighting Telstra to improve its own customers outcomes. Simpy accepting Telstras copper faults is not good enough.

We can simply judge the IINET service by viewing long term customers who have left. Not sure if these figured are available.

I think internet in Australia is a disasterous mess besides fibre to the node.
