I think you’ll find the the option incentive aligns exactly with the company’s executive option policy, and is based on VWAP etc……thus being fully kosher, and not out of the ordinary in any way.
‘Personally, I think it’s amazing that he’s agreed to be Chair, for what is a mere $50mln mkt cap company……and as one of the nations finest merger, acquisition and corporate thinkers, it can only bring benefits for all shareholders.
