This is lovely news but agree with others - this appointment should have been met with a formal ASX announcement.

Given the company strategy, I would suggest this is of a material nature.

The company is being run like a private entity and that needs to change for market adoption/buy in. Understand that CXZ is in a sensitive position given the number of private companies who operate in this space, but there in lies its own issue. You do and probably need to be sly about your developments, but dont be shy about strategic appointments or achievements - if the news is known on here, it is known by your competitors so all you are doing, by keeping the news out of the ASX, is perpetuating a market sentiment that shouldn't exist here. If you take issue with exposing some of your business to the market, then perhaps being publicly listed wasn't the best model here.

IMO this appointment news would not be spilling your hand to your competitors but it would begin to cement a growth reputation and display that the company is actively turning a corner to the wider market. Missed opportunity and it needs to pick up.

Either way, headed in the right direction even albeit under the radar.
