As a software engineer and software consultant for many years...I can tell you large companies drop 'services/products' all the time. Regardless of the $ amount spent or otherwise.
I'm not saying GM will dump CXZ but if you think for one second just because they have spent money and continue to spend money doesn't mean they will stay.
They could have an internal agreement stating - thanks for the memories we won't be looking to extend, however we do require a few more additions which we are happy to pay for to transition to XYZ on an adhoc basis. This happens.

I'm a decent holder with another buddy of mine and do have a reasonable amount to lose.
I'm staying in however, if it gets renewed great we are fine for another year or so if it doesn't... well that's how it goes with the pennys'.

Just want to put this perspective so some people have a think about the comments being 95% (renewed). Don't go putting your life savings into this type of chance no matter how 'good' it looks.
