    IIR commissioned report valuation of 60c per share, 


    KFW mandate and other milestones achieved derisking this project.

    6 months of holding until we get to the 60c per share I'm thinking.


    The market waiting for debt finance to be secured, must be still a lot of non believers for SP to be 12c!
