It may just be a great buy at .069 cents phishpheet, but on a day when the market is up 3.2%, the fact that ENG is down 8% speaks volumes for how the market feels about ENG. A bad day on the market and you'd be looking in the vicinity of .05 cents. ENG is a risky proposition at present, and could represent good buying, but I suspect there's more downside to come before a re rating occurs. I'll wait on the sidelines to see how this unfolds.
