    Great points BR,theres your answer Mrs Peel,if the boss is happy and directors/contractors are happy to keep acquiring IK could have probably asked for MNMs instead of OAs,it gives him great motivation to get the SP up within a measurable timescale.Wheres a selling SI when you need one
