From that announcement, am I reading it right

That IK has taken a reduction in salary from $326,119 down to $251,889 but instead has been given Options as "grant of the Options to Ian Kraemer is to provide a performance linked incentive component in the remuneration package for Ian Kraemer to motivate and reward the performance of Ian Kraemer in his respective role as a Director and to preserve the Company’s working capital"

and also for the rest of the placement its not as generous as the last placement as its only 1 option for every 2 shares this time

also they can be placed up to 3 months after the date of the meeting, which takes it up to June, so thats only 6 months before the options expire so they must be confident they will be in the money by then
