If you were so positive as MD wouldn't you or other board members be buying on the market at these low prices? If 20k would shift the price up into the teens then why wouldn't you put your money on the table. Lack of interest in the price indicates a lack of confidence regarding any deal.
I like the long term prospects but i'm sitting on a big paper loss on this one to date. I can't put anymore into this one for the moment otherwise the sell stack would be much higher
