Many thanks for posting the articles.

It appears to me that VPG not only sold the industrial site to Ikea, but also is undertaking the building of the retail complex.

This is another good example of its property development project amongst the ones like the North Ryde Shopping Centre, the Goldfields House project.

Ikea obviously would know all that is happening on the market with VPG, but is still allowing it to build the complex for it.

This is apparently not reflecting what the doomsayers are predicting.
