AGM same same.
They brought on 2 Indian directors one with interest in the underwriter .. I have a feeling this will be further diluted big time until they own 85%/90%+ and screw the other share holders.
They need more funds to production and debt facility is too "risky"..
At least the have $3m cash to drag it out
