OK, by my reckoning that still leaves us a director short?

I think it was great that Benussi stayed around so much longer than Pynt. Pynt about 3 weeks...Benussi made it just on a month.

The new fellow, Jarvis, can't find a lot on him, certainly nothing from the company, maybe they couldn't either!

Linkdin brings up a couple of Benjamin Jarvis's, one is Nat. Sales Mgr with Google in Sydney, could be a candidate, another Tech Support @ Westnet in WA, could be a fine choice, but the most likely I found is one Benjamin Jarvis, also from WA, who is a poker player...

Incidently, but not THAT important I suppose...anyone have an inkling what consideration our company sold the e-billing business for?
