The main reason AUZ cannot get a little more traction with its sp is the stupid amount of shares on issue. I am a novice at this, but the number of shares on issue make it a pip traders dream. If we see a .40c sp prior to production of Sconi (not accounting for any unforeseen positive developments) we will be doing ok in my view.

In my view the other sites need to be proved up and developed so that AUZ grow into their shares on issue, this has been said many times here before. This makes it a REALLY long term hold for people in late like myself, especially to see a $1.00 sp.

Another option god forbid is that we take a bath and undertake a consolidation that would leave us with about 1.25 billion shares AFTER accounting for full development of Sconi (1 for 3 might do it). It wouldn't be nice for a while but long term might be the answer for a healthier sp. I wouldn't however like to see much if any dilution to bring the other sites into production. The current amount of shares on issue as I understand it are from past failed projects/credit raising prior to moving into exploring and mining cobalt. The number of shares on issue resultant from prior sins and failures remind me of Ebenezer Scrooges chains, they are holding our sp down, not conducive to a tightly held shareholder base, and resulting in a day traders and institutions picnic.

AUZ really does have a huge future if they continue to tick off the boxes, and the engagement with SK is an excellent development. It is comforting to me that SK a large company have chosen to work with AUZ, it proves that we have a competent management team. SK wouldn't deal with cowboys or donkeys for such an important deal in what is going to be one of the most disruptive and largest transformations to the energy industry in the last 100 years, I am sure of that.

Happy to learn, accept criticism, and be corrected where I am wrong as many people on here are more knowledgeable regarding these matters than myself .

consolidation destroys share holder's value, any sign of consolidations, lots of share holders and long termers will sell and move on which causes even lower share prices, the buy back after consolidation usually happens weeks after when it is sold out massively and tanked to historic lows (based on pre consolidation sp).... look at GXY for example
