Sit tight Rock if you can afford to do so. You should have a nice Christmas present if all goes to plan. In the meantime I expect this to drift lower than 4c as traders get stopped out day by day unless there is another left field positive announcement.
The filing has obviously been delayed and when it is announced it has been filed with the FDA it doesn't constitute approval. IMHO approval won't be until late October at the earliest and more than likely November.
Keep in mind Rock if this goes pear shaped you will be looking at 0.3c price. I am confident 510k approval will be acheived but you always have to look at the other side of the coin with these spec stocks. I think the positives outweigh the negatives quite significantly here but if you are in any doubt consult a professional advisor.
