Ill Board/management

Hi all,

Some years ago I bought into MSB $1.9 and SRX at $3.. then I kinda left the market for a while chilling.
Now slowly getting back into it and IIL has pigged my interest somewhat from a technical stand point, so doing some due diligence and analysis on the company.

I note that the largest share holder and board member is Chris Collins, whom I assume to be this

I am wondering if someone can shed light on what's the connection, and how he got on board?
