I have found that a lot of my stock are down a significant amount and it is so frustrating watching them going down down, prices are down!! I think for Short - long term holders like myself if you can just take a break from watching the stock market. I'm banning myself for a month as it can't be good for your health, especially when you know the fundamentals of some of these companys are good and they shouldn't be going down.
