Exactly vendor who really is the smart money?? Is it the buyers like you point out or the seller??
In my opinion if you wanna follow the smart money i suggest you follow the ex director that sold out recently who would know much, much more info then HSBC. None better to follow then someone who was "in the know".
The number of ceasing to be a substantial holder notices over the past 3 months and the lack of support from the directors in the cap raising by not talking up their full allotment should really start ringing alarm bells.
