I spoke with CFO on Wednesday to confirm all continues to be in order and things are progressing. He did NOT elude to the announcement regarding the US Patent and I had stopped asking about USA progress (patent and FDA approval) - I'm more interested in retail developments (which is where the more immediate cash flows will come from) and was always confident this sort of news would come in time. I had hoped IMI would be around 3c by now. I had quite a bit come out of a longer term investment that I do not need until next year, so I decided to buy more at this price. My timing related specifically to the fact that I am not near a computer during the day (from today) for a week or so and the fact that I wanted more and was not prepared to wait, so bought in one hit.

So all the conspiracy theorists can go elsewhere for a while, which would be nice, and the likes of seanmorr and benny62 who can see the jigsaw pieces coming together can take some solace in the fact that I've still got them after 1 whole day! Save your breath with ASIC hotcopr - CFO only confirmed what market has already been told. Anyone notice that motors has disappeared - they've been ramping++ for a week or so now - wonder if that's where your dump came from?

I still think end of this year will see good growth in sales and the cash positive milestone well and truly met. The final touches to the deal with Sigma is that much closer. Beach House is slow to gain momentum but feedback is that BH management have reviewed the marketing/sales strategy and are now pushing the product harder. Lack of progress with health funds is disappointing but they are still listening and talking. Middle East has enormous potential - flush with money. Did not ask about Italy. Still other opportunites are being explored and pursued - they are not sitting on their hands as so many would want us to believe...

The "science" of the CPI is nearer to "peer acceptance" in my opinion and I'm putting a lot of faith in Eccleston and the new Chairman.
