At 6% in terms of a major shareholding in a company, it's a very small amount. Often a major SH can hold 20, 30 or even 51%.
I guess by EGM tine he'll have 2 months on the board & have sound knowledge of happenings.
I haven't read anywhere that he's stated he's voting for team Beasley.
Just he & all of us know nothing of Beasley's 2 sidekicks planed for the board. That's another major drawback. Are they mates to tank the company with him this time round or what could they assist on?

Core part of THC growth plan, only 2nd company to have own growing facility so reasonable milestone.
