I don't know Northam and am not familar with the area but can understand the issue. I was concerned tonight to see coverage on TV with local residents protesting the decision and the level of "feeling" exhibited. If any Govt. has ever deliberately or by chance set out to sow a seed of violence and instability in this Country then this Govt. and its immediate predecessor has.
