If you park in a disabled spot illegaly you get fined heaps. If you park on a clearway or too close to the corner you get hammered.If you overstay your time same thing BUT if you park across somebodies driveway like a germ has done to me you cop a very small fine. AND they cannot move the car AND they can only fine the GERM ONCE every 24 hours. WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO????????????? I can't get my car out of the driveway which means added costs to do things so that is the end of that. If I needed the car for an emergency and somebody died because of some situation like a heart attack or something could I charge the germ with manslaughter?
