Mate I found out who owned the car but decided to wait and see. Around 10am the next day a woman (not blonde) pulled the fine off the windsceen and gave my house the evil eye. Drove off, when she returned she never parked across my driveway, end of problem. I just cannot understand why you would do it in the first place seeing she lives opposite. Somebody visiting a neighbour for 10 minutes is OK but 17 hours is pushng it.
