A Perth based firm called Discovery Alert released a report yesterday on the Orient Discovery. It looks positive to me, good technical validation which is caveated by the early stages of work undertaken thus far. They seem to flag companies which they feel are at the beginning of a potential commercial discovery. Go to the link and create an account to receive the report.
