I am basing my view on the fact there is no minimum time frame for them to announce ALDP winners.

The Vic Govt is in control of the ALDP via the DPI. They can (and no doubt will) do what suits their own political purposes best. The Federal election in September may also be an issue for the Feds?

Either way, I think the BCP will get another shot of publicity before September - either by ALDP or S7 news in June or July.
