Iluka does not own the tailings from Jennings Farm, so they should return them. Then get on to the legal obligations and responsibilities and pay the costs with the rehabilitation of Jennings Farm. The $600 million blowout in costs that was recently announced is a small amount compared to the staggering costs in rehabilitation.
