Never owned a stock nor would I ever. No need.
The fact of the matter is that Iluka have a legal responsibility and obligation and a massive financial liability with the rehabilitation of Jennings farm. An estimated cost of $3-5 billion dollars. A financial liability that exceeds the value of the company.
Solely holding Iluka to account to carry out the obligations and responsibilities.
Alcoa have not rehabilitated nor have Iluka. Oh the parallels.
Iluka does not own the tailings from Jennings Farm, so return them and rehabilitate., page-9
