Having spent some time reading this thread, it appears to me that it is all about a poster with an axe to grind. Clearly this person has a financial interest in the farm involved. If so, there are better channels than a down-market stock forum.
As has been pointed out by others, there is legal recourse. There is a plethora of Perth lawyers who would take on a case like this on a no-win no-fee basis if thought worthwhile. Clearly they don't: otherwise it would have happened.
Planting kwongan in the affected area would be a more worthwhile task for Rehabilitator than posting here ad nauseum.
