    Seriously? Just reflect for a second...I was referring the fact that interest rates were still above 8% in 1992...so First Home Buyers were doing it tough. By 1995 they were over 9% on average, they began to fall in 1998. Ummm, what are they right now? Oh yeah, about 3% - 4%. And this girl is whining when loan rates are at historic lows?

    Lets see how she goes if Labor get in to Government, start spending like drunken sailors and fuel inflation. Then the cries will start in earnest as the RBA will push the cost of money higher and higher in vane attempts to curb inflation...interest rates will soar again...
