Agree Eagle. All joking aside (for a mo) maybe what she should be doing is getting a job and saving. It is quite possible that her dream home might come on the market at a heavy discount sometime in the future and she can then pounce?

Entirely different world now and I am sure it will be an entirely different world in the future. BUT we will never have a decade like the sixties again - that was a one-off, never to be repeated.
