    Seriously...if the kid had real aspirations she'd find a way to buy a house. Many kids do, by working 2 or 3 jobs and curbing the spending and clubbing.
    My son bought his first house when he was 20...in 1992...in Melbourne. How? He worked bloody hard that's how putting in the hours.

    By the sound of this girl she'll be whinging and whining for years to come as it is not going to get any easier. If a kid was keen, you'd be looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit that needed some work and start from there...
